I love to cook good food for my family and share it with friends--virtual and otherwise. I'm by no means a professional, but my wife says I "do a good job." She's picky, so I take that as high praise. Many of the recipes you'll find on these pages can be made after work in under an hour, because I know you're busy (I am, too) but we all deserve good, healthy, home-made food.
